<p>Oatmeal or something healthy for breakfast, I like to mix in chia seeds with the oatmeal.&nbsp; Snack on apples, have a salad for lunch, baked or grilled chicken or fish for dinner.&nbsp; Drink lots of water, take a multi-vitamin.&nbsp; It&#8217;s a good start.</p>
