Our staff of personal trainers holds degrees in a variety of Exercise Science fields and have been certified in the most elite certifying agencies, including the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Our group exercise instructors have been certified with Les Mills, based out of Aukland New Zealand. We have over thirty instructors who teach BodyPump (one-hour strength training class), BodyStep (one-hour step aerobics class), BodyCombat (one hour martial arts class), BodyFlow (combination Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates), BodyAttack (sports-inspired workout), and RPM (cardio-spin class).
