ok so if u really wanna know how much these people commenting like “i do 10 reps of 900″, just subtract a good 800 from them
lol
im 15, getting ready for bball season and i do a good 100-160 situps every night
and guess what
it works just as well

iIf you knew …
iIf you knew anything about evercise you would know that you should treat your abs like any other muscle that means exercise them 2-3 times per week with a days rest between each

oh and by the way you should contact the guiniss book of world records too

noob question ok so …
noob question ok so reps are repetitions and there are sets ……..but plp say do 15 reps does that mean do only 15 situps or is their a number of sets in a rep like ex:15 reps of 8 ….i dont get it ? and if so how many sets is too much or too little ?

same as any other …
same as any other muscle..anywhere from 6-12. 15 reps is good if you’re just looking for overall condtioning and health but to get stronger core you wanna do fewer reps and more weight.. Use weights to increase the challenge. Doing 1000 situps is as ineffective as doing 1000 pushups or 1000 bicep curls.

i do 850 without …
i do 850 without stopping. putting your hands on the back of your neck can cause problems if you pull, but if you don’t it can stop your head from slamming into the ground.
