iIf you knew anything about evercise you would know that you should treat your abs like any other muscle that means exercise them 2-3 times per week with a days rest between each

noob question ok so reps are repetitions and there are sets ……..but plp say do 15 reps does that mean do only 15 situps or is their a number of sets in a rep like ex:15 reps of 8 ….i dont get it ? and if so how many sets is too much or too little ?

same as any other muscle..anywhere from 6-12. 15 reps is good if you’re just looking for overall condtioning and health but to get stronger core you wanna do fewer reps and more weight.. Use weights to increase the challenge. Doing 1000 situps is as ineffective as doing 1000 pushups or 1000 bicep curls.
