Bicep curl will your back all to if you if do what he did at the end. haha..

arching your back to get that heavy weight up. NO! There are a lot of nuances in form that will save you from major injuries.

please someone tell me if this is a good schedule Day 1:2 sets pyramid 8-6-4-2 reps tricep extension+2 sets 8-6-4-2 bicep curl for each arm. Day 2 : rest Day 3: same as day 1 and it goes on like that. Please guys, what do u think?

I love it when trainers like this douce bag, complicate the out of an exercise. This will totally confuse a beginner. He goes into a complicated explanation on how to stand while doing the curl. WTF!!!!
