sits up require u to use ur hip flexores more than ur abs because ur liftining ur body so that it is vertical …this leaves ur abs contracted for only a short amount of time…the real reason ppl think sit ups are an ideal ab workout is because over time yes ur abs will strt to feel the effect of u raising ur body up…but in reality u r working ur hip flexors more than ur abs …

If you want to injure yourself, yes. People don’t understand that it’s the resting where you build muscle. If you exercise every day, the muscles never get to rest and it actually takes longer, stresses your body more, burns you out faster, and wears your joints out faster. Not good.
If you’re looking to just be in shape, not really athletic, you only need to exercise 2-3 times a week.
You will crash. Later in life, you will pay for the excessive exercising you did when younger.

Those excercies are very good. If you do them like 2-3 times per day you will get some results especially if you are fat ass. Add some streching like cobra or something, as I usually do.
