In order to become a NUTRITIONIST you need to subscribe to things they teach about nutrition in schools. Most of it is good and I am not doubting Natalie’s ability at nutrition, but some of it is just propaganda like the food pyramid which suggests eating much more grains than necessary. If you don’t want to listen to what the “fringe weirdo diet conspiratory [sic] theorists” have to say, then don’t. But don’t say the opinions are “stupid” without any facts to back up your claims.

Wildflowers01 when you say healthy oil do you mean polyunsaturates? I know most people think the vegetable and seed oils are healthy. Thats what they want you to believe. Vegetable and seed oils should never be heated, too late they are heated during processing. Oh wait then they are heated again to burn off the hexane. By they way, hexane can cause nerve damage. Sorry, you should never ever consume polyunsaturated oils. Just the way the are processed should scare you. The only safe oils are coconut, lard, tallow, olive, palm, palm kernel, and butter. i love your videos but i don’t love the pyramid. SO many people are unaware that dairy is unnecessary in our diets. About 90% of the population has milk allergies and milk itself does not do a body good! I encourage everyone to read the Dairy chapter in Skinny to get a better understanding of why it should be eliminated alltogether. Calcium comes from many other sources including leafy greens, oranges, various beans, salmon(don’t take out the bones!) and more. Thanks!

The food pyramid is a bunch of Illumaniti lies. All grains that don’t have high protein need to be eliminated from the diet, especially wheat. Wheat is not a human food!!!!!!! In fact, it is toxic. A diet high in vegetarian protein, healthy fat, vegetables, fruits, and fiber is all you need. The healthy fats will give you far more energy than any carbs, which make you bloated, fat and docile.
