<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: ">I know that sounds painful, but if you want improvement, you have to lay it on the line. Soliciting social support, both online and offline in the &#8220;real world,&#8221; is a proven way to get help with your weight-loss efforts. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: ">Just be careful who you share your progress with. You must share it only with people who are going to support you in a positive way.</span></p>
